**Location : Trichy**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Collection & Marketing Associate to join our retail jewelry shop. This role will primarily focus on assisting with collection management and marketing activities to promote our products and enhance customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collection Management:

- Assist in organizing and managing the jewelry collection, ensuring proper display and arrangement.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and replenishment activities as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the collection meets customer demands and preferences.
- **Marketing Activities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the jewelry shop and increase sales.
- Help create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts to showcase new arrivals and special promotions.
- Support digital marketing efforts by updating the shop's website and social media channels with product information and engaging content.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, such as trunk shows or exhibitions, to attract new customers and drive sales.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and assisting with inquiries.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- **Merchandising**:

- Assist with visual merchandising efforts to create attractive and visually appealing displays that highlight our jewelry collection.
- Ensure that the shop floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, updating inventory databases, and preparing sales reports.
- Provide support to the management team as needed, performing various tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the jewelry shop.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 0 to 1 year of experience in retail sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning and taking on new responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
