**About the role**:
Reckitt is looking for a Quality Operator ready to take our products to the next level. Your mission will be to dissect and refine our systems, ensuring every piece of software we develop upholds our high standards. Your expertise will lead to smoother operations and superior products that touch lives globally. **Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and conduct exploratory and automated tests to ensure the impeccable quality of our products.
- Analyse system requirements critically to enhance our QA processes and metrics.
- Document bugs thoroughly, design tests, and coordinate activities to stay ahead of issues.
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts, contributing to product excellence.
- Liaise with different teams to understand system requirements, ensuring a collaborative approach to quality.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- A sharp eye for detail with experience in developing comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Proficient in test automation tools and passionate about staying updated with testing strategies and tools.
- An analytical thinker capable of understanding and not just testing what we build.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for collaborative problem-solving.
- A change champion, ready to continuously improve and drive our products' quality.
