**Job description**

A customer of PENNEP, a leading provider of immigration services is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Visa Counselor with a strong background in immigration services to join their team. As a Sales Executive - Immigration, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding the client’s base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the immigration services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their immigration needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key industry trends and competitors, staying up-to-date with changes in immigration policies and regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing accurate and comprehensive information regarding immigration options, procedures, and timelines.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the value and benefits of our immigration services.
- Collaborate closely with our immigration consultants and legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and efficient case processing.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, tracking and following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously enhance your knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, networking with potential clients and building brand awareness.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the immigration services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present to individuals and groups.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
