AVPN is hiring a **Capital Mobilisation Intern** to assist with managing the Deal Share Platform, Capacity Building programmes, and Philanthropic Funds. The intern will gain exposure to the growing social investment sector in Asia and the impactful work of the social organisations and AVPN members. Key responsibilities include supporting platform development, organising educational initiatives, managing philanthropic fund activities, and assisting with events focused on capital mobilisation efforts. Interns will report directly to the Senior Manager, Capital Mobilisation, and should be available for a period of 3-6 months starting immediately.

**Responsibilities**:
As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting capacity building programmes and philanthropic fund management. Your tasks will include:

- **Organising capacity building activities**: Work with the team to plan and execute webinars, workshops, business clinics, and other educational programmes conducted by expert members for IOs.
- **Resource management**: Identify and nominate relevant IOs for member programmes for thematic philanthropic funds, grant funding opportunities, and non-financial resources. Additionally, support the team in managing resources for the Deal Share Platform, Development toolkit and other related platforms.
- **Communications and engagement**: Assist in developing strategic communication materials, such as blogs, external articles, and newsletters impact stories that come out of the philanthropic funds and capacity building pillars, engagement strategies, and social media content to showcase the work of IOs. Act as a key contact person for communication with these organisations.
- **Philanthropic Funds**: Support the team in identifying potential leads for funding, drafting concepts, identification of grantees, communication with the grantees, collecting data and feedback, and monitoring activities.
- **Data management and analysis**: Assist in analysing data related to programmes, platforms and philanthropic funds, and the effectiveness of various initiatives.
- **Event support**:Provide logístical support and session curation for AVPN's signature events, such as the AVPN Global Conference and Deal Share Live sessions.
- **Content creation**:Contribute to AVPN's blog posts, external articles, and newsletters, highlighting educational content, resources, and insights from the organisation's work with IOs, and members.

- Have firm MS Office skill
- Strong written and spoken English
