We're seeking a talented and creative photographer & videographer to join our team and elevate our visual storytelling.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Videography**:

- Capture engaging video content showcasing our cricket bats in action.
- Highlight the features and benefits of our bats through creative product demonstrations and close-up shots.
- Shoot instructional or technique-oriented videos featuring cricket professionals (if applicable).
- **Product Photography**:

- Produce high-quality photos of our cricket bats, capturing intricate details and craftsmanship.
- Photograph our sportswear line in action shots, showcasing style and functionality.
- Utilize studio settings and on-location shoots to create visually appealing product presentations.
- **Photo Manipulation**:

- Expertly edit photos using Adobe Photoshop to achieve desired effects.
- Change backgrounds for a clean and professional look in product photos (e.g., removing studio backgrounds for lifestyle shots).
- **Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)**:

- Edit video footage of cricket bats and sportswear to create dynamic and engaging video content.
- Incorporate trending editing styles and techniques to capture the attention of your target audience.
- Add clear and concise text overlays and title cards to enhance video storytelling.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and brand identity.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video and photo shoots.
- Contribute ideas for written content accompanying video overlays and product descriptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) and photo manipulation (Adobe Photoshop).
- A strong portfolio showcasing videography and photography skills relevant to cricket and/or sports products.
- A passion for cricket and a deep understanding of the sport is a plus.
- Experience shooting product demonstrations and lifestyle photography is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to content creation.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience shooting with a green screen for background replacement.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (a plus for creating dynamic product visuals).
- Understanding of SEO best practices for optimizing video content.
