**Full Job Description**

**(CNC Machine Shop Supervisor)**

Required B. tech (Mechanical Engineer) with experience of Minimum 5 Years in CNC machine Shop. The role is focused on the continuous development of the production processes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- selection of the type of machinery (CNC Lathes, CNC VTL, VMC etc.).
- selection of tools and equipment
- finding solutions to decrease cycle times
- solving all relevant machining issues

**Key Requirements**:

- strong knowledge of machinery within a machine shop
- ability to program CNC machinery such as, milling and turning machines, lathes etc
- knowledge of Fanuc, Syntec, Mitsubishi controls
- ability to read engineering drawings
- ability to use measuring equipment such as micrometers, comparator, gauges
- strong metallurgy knowledge (steel, aluminium, brass, bronze etc)
- knowledge of thermal metal treatments
- ability to work in other sections within manufacturing
