Job Title: Showroom Supervisor

Overview:
As a Showroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a showroom, ensuring high levels of customer service, sales, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing showroom staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining showroom appearance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead, supervise, and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- **Sales Management**: Monitor and drive sales performance through effective product knowledge training, coaching, and regular performance reviews.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee showroom inventory levels, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Showroom Operations**: Manage daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Maintain showroom displays and layout to showcase products effectively, ensuring they are attractive and comply with brand standards.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs of showroom staff and conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the showroom environment.
- **Vendor and Customer Relations**: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, and handle customer feedback and special requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a retail or showroom environment, with a track record in sales and team management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sound understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service principles.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education and Certification:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior training in sales techniques, customer service, or retail management is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
