**Key Responsibilities**:
**OBM Operations**: Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Micro Focus Operations Bridge Manager. Investigate and resolve incidents related to OBM, ensuring mínimal impact on business operations. Collaborate with Level 1 support and other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex OBM-related issues.
**Configuration and Customization**: Configure and customize the OBM system to align with business needs and objectives. Implement and maintain event correlation rules, policies, and scripts to enhance OBM functionality.
**Qualifications**:
B.Tech. in Information Technology, or a related field.
Good experience in managing and supporting Micro Focus Operations Bridge Manager.
Strong understanding of IT operations and event management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
