**Position: Hardware Electronics Tester**
**Location**:Nagpur**
**Job Type: On-site, Full-Time**

**Job Summary-** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hardware Electronics Tester to join our team. As a Hardware Electronics Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic hardware components and systems through rigorous testing procedures. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct functional testing of electronic hardware components, including PCBs, microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and other electronic devices.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of hardware systems.
- Set up and operate testing equipment and instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and environmental chambers.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware defects and issues, working closely with engineers to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Document test results, observations, and recommendations for improvements, ensuring comprehensive records are maintained.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement test strategies and methodologies for new products and prototypes.
- Participate in design reviews and product validation activities to ensure that hardware designs meet specifications and requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to hardware testing and quality assurance.
- Assist in the development and improvement of testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality management systems in all testing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hardware testing, quality assurance, or a related role within the electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and systems, with the ability to interpret schematics and datasheets.
- Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment and tools, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory standards (e.g., RoHS, CE) is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

**Experience: 6 Months -2** **years**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
