**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary face for our unique media productions, including news segments, interviews, and special features.
- Present information in a compelling and engaging manner, connecting with our audience on a personal level.
- Conduct interviews with guests and experts, showcasing excellent communication skills and a knack for drawing out meaningful insights.
- Write scripts and be the face for your own show, and provide creative direction.
- Oversee the production process, working with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery.
- Monitor audience feedback and engagement metrics to continuously refine content strategies and improve viewer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in community outreach efforts and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and broadcasting.
- Share insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the media landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Command on Hindi Language as a medium of communication
- Proven experience as a news anchor, reporter, or presenter, with a focus on agency collaboration and content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing on-camera performances and creative content projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with video editing software, production equipment, and digital media tools.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling storytelling.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of audience preferences and behaviors across different media platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
