**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Provide product training and support to customers and sales team members.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
