- Collection Officer**

We are looking for collection officers for different location in 5 States (UP, RAJ, HR, UK, Bihar)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ø Developing a payment plan for customers who are unable to pay their EMI on time.

Ø Maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers or clients.

Ø Providing regular updates to management on collection efforts and account status.

Ø Working collaboratively with other departments such as customer service, accounting, and legal to resolve outstanding accounts.

Ø Identifying and reporting potentially fraudulent activities related to customer accounts.

Ø Developing and implementing strategies to improve collection performance.

Continuously educating oneself on the latest laws and regulations related to collection.

Ø **The Job involving extensive travelling as per the business requirements.**

Ø Any other task assigned by the management**.**
