As a fresher technical sales professional, your responsibilities would involve the following:
1. Understanding the product/service: Your primary responsibility would be to have a strong understanding of the product or service that you are selling. You would need to be able to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of the product/service to potential customers.

2. Identifying target customers: You would need to identify potential customers and target markets within your assigned territory. You would need to conduct market research to identify companies that could benefit from the product or service that you are selling.

3. Generating leads: Once you have identified the target customers, your job would be to generate leads. You would need to actively prospect and speak with potential customers to generate interest in the product or service.

4. Conducting product demos: In order to successfully sell the product or service, you would need to conduct product demos. You should be able to clearly articulate how the product/service works and the benefits it provides.

5. Closing sales: Your ultimate responsibility would be to close the sale. You would need to work with your customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions that work for them. You would need to negotiate pricing and ensure that the customer has everything they need to make a buying decision.

6. Providing post-sale support: Once the sale is closed, your job isn't done yet. You would need to provide post-sale support to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. This could include answering questions, resolving issues, and providing ongoing training and support.

Overall, as a technical sales professional, your job is to ensure that customers understand the benefits of the product/service and receive a high level of service throughout the entire purchasing process.
