**Job Description: Performance Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and maximize ROI for our clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to design, implement, and optimize data-driven campaigns across various digital channels. Your expertise in paid advertising, analytics, and performance optimization will play a crucial role in achieving our clients' business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

2. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities.

3. Plan, create, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and affiliate marketing.

4. Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

5. Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.

6. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, landing pages, and creative assets that align with marketing objectives.

7. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign performance.

8. Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience.

9. Monitor budgets, expenses, and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered within allocated resources and deadlines.

10. Stay informed about changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and policies, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain compliance.

**Qualifications**:
1. Any Bachelor's degree. A relevant master's degree is a plus.

2. 2 years work experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or in a similar role, preferably within a branding or digital marketing agency.

3. Strong expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

4. Proficient in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.

5. Demonstrated understanding of key performance metrics and ability to analyse data to optimize campaigns and drive results.

6. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization.

7. Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

10. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
