What skill sets are we looking for?

J1190 - Ensuring execution of finalized trade as per terms finalized - both at the supplier and customer end for the business
- Overseeing the entire chain of operations, including contracting, documentation, chartering, freight management from source to customer
- Responsible for timely preparation /execution of documents from back office o Checking orders from supplier / customers to ensure terms agreed are correct o Monitoring the orders and liaise with the customer / supplier for readiness for shipping o Issuing transport document instructions o Ensure that all required documents (bills of lading, certificates of origin, packing lists, invoices, test certificates etc.) are received / presented in time o Following the order through to final payment

**Your Roles and Responsibilities**
- Checking all purchase invoices for goods and services ensuring they are paid in line with contracted terms of the order
- Overseeing banking documentation and LC management
- Overseeing documentation & operations for local sales through stock & sale
- Liasoning with F&A to for all interlinkages between finance & documentation/operations
- Being the SPOC for Navision system management for the entire trading process for the business globally
- Tracking performance of the operations & documentation functionalities against the SLAs. Reviewing and improving internal processes towards execution excellence
- Managing business operational risks proactively and efficiently for optimal business operations
