Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the travel planning and booking process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Travel Planning:

- Assist clients in selecting suitable travel options based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Booking and Reservations:

- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services for clients.
- Ensure accuracy in booking details and provide clients with all necessary documentation.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and requirements.
- Prepare and distribute travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and visas.

Problem Resolution:

- Address and resolve any issues or disruptions that may occur during travel.
- Work with clients and travel partners to find satisfactory solutions to problems.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, travel suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth coordination of travel services.
- Share insights and feedback with the team to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing payments, managing invoices, and maintaining databases.

**Requirements**:

- Only Female Preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and technology.
- Knowledge of travel regulations and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent required; additional certifications in travel and tourism are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹11,203.61 - ₹35,000.00 per month
