Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Inventory Management:*
- Receive, store, and issue materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in the MEP store.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring all items are properly labeled and organized.
- Regularly conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with the system records.
2. *Material Handling:*
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity, ensuring they meet the project specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement and project teams for material requisitions, orders, and deliveries.
- Safely handle, store, and organize materials in the designated areas.
3. *Documentation and Reporting:*
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including receipts, transfers, and issues of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and submit them to the management.
- Ensure proper documentation for materials issued to and returned from project sites.
4. *Coordination:*
- Coordinate with the procurement team for the timely replenishment of stock as per project demands.
- Communicate effectively with the project management team, engineers, and contractors about material availability and requirements.
- Work closely with site engineers to ensure the timely delivery of materials to project sites.
5. *Safety and Compliance:*
- Ensure that all materials are stored in compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices while handling and storing materials.
- Ensure proper disposal of damaged or expired materials following environmental and safety standards.
6. *Warehouse Organization:*
- Keep the store and warehouse area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Implement and maintain an effective material tracking and categorization system.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
**Experience**:
- Minimum: 3 years (preferred)
