**Documentation**Creating and maintaining export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions
- **Customs clearance**Ensuring shipments are cleared by dealing with customs, forwarding agencies, and government authorities
- **Liaison**Interacting with customs officials, forwarding agents, and production and dispatch teams to ensure cargo is cleared and shipped on time
- **Planning**Planning shipments based on buyers' estimated time of arrival and departure
- **Tracking**Tracking shipments and following up with them until they reach their destination
- **Reporting**Preparing reports and documents as required by the company
- **Other responsibilities**Creating orders, fulfilling them, closing customer complaints, and processing rebates
EXIM executives should have knowledge of imports and exports procedures, customs and insurance documentation, costing and pricing methodology, and logistics and freight industry. They should also be good at mail drafting and coordination.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
