**SECURITY OFFICER (Ex-Serviceman)**

**Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a Security Officer role in a manufacturing industry**

**Education: High School Diploma or equivalent**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Security Management**: Oversee and coordinate security operations to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities.
- **Surveillance and Monitoring**: Implement and maintain surveillance systems, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely response to security incidents.
- **Access Control**: Enforce access control measures and protocols, managing entry and exit points to the premises.
- **Emergency Response**: Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and ensure preparedness for any security-related incidents.
- **Personnel Supervision**: Lead and supervise security personnel, providing guidance and training to maintain a high level of performance.
- **Investigations**: Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures.
- **Collaboration**: Liaise with local law enforcement agencies, community leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance overall security.

**Requirements**:

- **Ex-Serviceman**: Must have served in the defence forces with an honorable discharge.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a manufacturing industry.
- **Legal Record**: Must have a clear legal record with no criminal convictions.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or local languages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
