Job Description: Telecaller
**Location**: Patna
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team or other sources.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer queries, provide information, and resolve any issues over the phone.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the necessary assistance and support.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:
- Identify and qualify leads, set appointments, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems with accurate information.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact details and interaction history.
- Keep track of customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:
- Provide regular reports on call metrics, sales performance, and lead conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to management about customer concerns, product feedback, and market trends.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand the products and services offered.
- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Ability to speak in Hindi and English fluently (knowledge of local languages).
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly and effectively.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
