**About Us**:
**Sugar N Spice** is a distinguished **Multi-Cuisine Fine Dine restaurant **dedicated to providing an exceptional culinary experience. We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals for the positions of **Continental Commi 1, 2, and 3** to join our culinary team.

**Position Overview**:
As a member of our culinary team, the Continental Commi 1, 2, and 3 will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting high-quality Continental cuisine dishes. These positions require individuals with a solid foundation in Continental cooking techniques, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced fine-dining environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Continental Commi 1**:

- Execute and oversee the preparation of intricate Continental dishes, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff in Continental cuisine.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative recipes and menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, following safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for ingredients.

**Continental Commi 2**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Assist in the development and testing of new Continental recipes.
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Support Commi 1 in daily kitchen operations.

**Continental Commi 3**:

- Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping, marinating, and ingredient assembly.
- Learn and follow standard recipes for various Continental dishes.
- Work under the guidance of senior kitchen staff to develop culinary skills in Continental cuisine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in a fine-dining restaurant.
- Formal culinary education or relevant culinary certifications.
- In-depth knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.

**Location:

- Gujarat, Maharashtra & Goa.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
