Clinical Trial Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a fresher in this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory guidelines, and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of study protocols, case report forms (CRFs), and other essential documentation.
- Coordinate clinical trial activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Communicate effectively with investigators, study site staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
- Maintain trial master files and ensure that all study documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Track and manage clinical trial supplies, budgets, and timelines.
- Support in the collection, review, and management of clinical data.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements (GCP knowledge preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,691.46 - ₹63,590.34 per month
