Field Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our products/services in designated geographical areas. Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and develop a deep understanding of the local market trends and competition.
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product/service offerings and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to the overall growth of the sales organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales transactions, using the company's CRM system.
- Regularly update the management team on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility and network with potential clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in Packaging industry or with relevant products/services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
