**Job Description: Construction Site Supervisor**

**Location**: Imphal, Manipur

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Labor Management**: Supervise and manage the construction labor force on site, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety regulations.
- **Site Management**: Oversee daily operations, conduct regular site visits, and ensure all activities are carried out according to project specifications and timelines.
- **Material Management**: Count, track, and manage construction materials to ensure optimal usage and availability.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor hours, and material consumption. Report any issues or discrepancies to senior management.

**Salary Details**:

- **For Freshers**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Additional Benefits**:

- **Food, Lodging, and Travel**: All expenses related to food, lodging, and travel will be covered by the company.
- **In-Hand Salary**: Salary will be provided in-hand every month.

Pay: ₹9,309.02 - ₹22,000.00 per month
