**Application/Production support (Unix based Application Support) - 3 to 6 yrs - Pune**

**About the Team**

We have a 24x7 DCS group dedicated to production/Application support.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Providing support to clients and fixing job scripts for different service requests.
- Offering technical support for a software production processing environment.
- Detecting, diagnosing, and reporting related problems.
- Offering consultation to internal users regarding software capabilities and use.
- Escalating incidents, problems, or known errors as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Skills:
Must-have - Unix

Added advantage - Shell scripting, job scheduler

ITIL processes
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to different audiences, including executives
- Basic diagnostic techniques and problem-solving skills for day-to-day issues
- Interpersonal skills, team building abilities, conflict management
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using established techniques and tools, including escalation practices
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
