Change, Automation and Process improvement lead is expected to support automation for Operations e2e, Depository Services Group and Depository Managers.

**About you**:
We're looking for highly-driven individuals with an interest in working in financial services and at JPMorgan Chase. The Change Management roles is responsible for leading critical business transformation, reengineering and diagnostic efforts throughout Custody Operations Depository Services Operations with the ultimate goal of improving both operating and financial performance Typical engagements (not exhaustive) include:

- Business Transformations
- Process Assessment and Process Design for Robotic Process Automation (RPA),
- Operations Strategy
- Product Development Support

You will partner with Process Leads and SME management across Custody operations and Depository Services to prioritize, lead, and execute strategic initiatives in the digital transformation space leveraging process and/or technology tools such as RPA, Lean, Six Sigma, Etc. You will oversee multiple work streams and collaborate with teams to build hypotheses, conduct analyses, and develop executive-level presentations to share key findings and recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Operations, Product & PROD Development team to scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact
- Work on Automation tools & technologies to transform business operations
- Serve as a catalyst for change management
- Strong executive presence while leading interview campaigns, working sessions, and senior client presentations

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities**:

- Strong client management skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business; interacting with front line associates to senior leadership
- Presenting, communicating ideas, and influencing decisions to executives and senior managers within the firm
- Expert at solving simple to medium process and problems and providing innovative solutions in a collaborative environment with creative problem solving skills to understand each component and the “big picture”

**Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities**:

- Desired expertise in robotics/automation, Alteryx, UiPath automation tools
