**Job Title**:Academic Counselor**

**Experience: 1-3 years**

**Job Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual counseling services to students, parents.
- Should be able counsel students and make them enroll for courses.
- Work collaboratively with administrators, and other staff members to support students academic needs.
- Provide guidance to students in selecting technical courses.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in academic counselling.

**Qualifications**
- A Degree in related field( B.Tech/Computer Science)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current research and best practices in academic counseling.
- Provide guidance to students in selecting Technical courses.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and priorities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
