Detailed JD:
Must have expertise with Automation Anywhere production support
Should be able to monitor bots and provide solutions to Automation Anywhere or platform/infrastructure related (Azure) issues.
should be good at business communication and open to learn.
Should be able to manage a team and open to work on rotational shifts.
Should be able to drive business communications related to Automation failures, with RCA and resolution with time tracking to close the open issues.
Should have experience working on Service now.
Should be able to handle LCM activities related to production support followed by Infrastructure upgrades.
