Appointment Setter

We are an IT Solutions provider that helps customers achieve more from their IT. We help customers with IT infrastructure, providing new Managed IT Services and Professional IT Services. This role of an Appointment Setter to contact potential clients who might be interested in our IT services and match internally with our sales team members. The prime responsibility is to work with customers to set appointments for our sales staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must work during 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Hour Time Zone (US)
- Cold call using provided lists and/or LinkedIn data
- Schedule appointments between prospective clients and PCI
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
- Maintain company provided CRM system

Skills and experience required:

- At least 1 year experience as an appointment setter. 3 years preferred.
- Fluency required in US English accent
- English language fluency in both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Persuasive and results-oriented

Compensation starting at INR 20,000 p.m. with potential to make INR 50,000 with performance bonuses. Right attitude and experience of working with North America based company will help tremendously.
