We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly ramp up and support the team and users both on projects and in a help desk capacity. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with and follow change management and governance practices on all Granicus projects and tickets.
- What they will do:
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Sandbox environment management
- Build scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- User support tickets and help channel
- New user and ongoing user training
- Create and maintain technical documentation
**Qualifications and Background**:
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales and Service Cloud
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Required:
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Available and responsive to questions
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports

**Shift timing**:
- Employee shift timing is from 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST.
**Security and Privacy Requirements**:
- Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
- Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
