**Position Summary**:As a Facilitator of Aaroh, you will be responsible for multiple roles that will enable and allow the smooth functioning of the organization daily. As it is a new organization, this will be an evolving role with ample opportunity for growth and leadership.

**What your role will entail**:

- Teaching the curriculum through effective pedagogical practices
- Facilitating classrooms.
- Designing and executing lesson plans that will engage children
- Designing activities that evoke curiosity and creativity
- Designing assessments that thoughtfully evaluate child progress
- Establishing and maintaining a cooperative working relationship with children, parents, community, and school team
- Creating and maintaining a positive environment
- Actively participating in in-house professional development trainings
- Attending and participating in all school trainings and meetings
- Actively participating in all extra-curricular and celebratory activities in school
- Making home visits as and when needed to learn about the home environment of children
- Providing fresh ideas and opportunities for growth of self and the organization
- Supporting and participating in after-school enrichment programmes

What you need for this position:
Pre-primary (Toddlers, Pre-K, Jr.kg, Sr.kg)
- Graduate from any stream, a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or similar would be preferred
- Strong content knowledge and expertise
- Love for children and learning
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Patience and capacity to solve problems
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Creativity and collaboration
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and displays strong work ethics
- Openness to feedback and critical reflections
- Tech-savvy
- Strong fluency in English, Hindi and preferably Gujarati.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Surat - 395007, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
