Cad Draughtsman

Use CAD software to create detailed site plans, considering factors like topography, utilities, access roads, and zoning regulations. Produce architectural drawings for various components of the township, including residential buildings, commercial spaces, parks, and community facilities. Create detailed drawings for civil engineering structures such as roads, drainage systems, sewage systems, and utilities. Generate drawings for electrical and mechanical systems within the township, including power distribution, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing. Work closely with engineers and architects to understand design requirements, provide technical input, and incorporate changes into drawings as needed. Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes, zoning ordinances, and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate with other stakeholders involved in the project, including contractors, suppliers, and local government agencies. Address design issues and resolve conflicts that may arise during the drafting process, collaborating with the project team to find appropriate solutions. Ensure that drafting tasks are completed within established timelines to support the overall project schedule and milestones.
