We are hiring for **Progressive Web App (PWA) React Developer**

**Job Title**: PWA React Developer

**Experience**: 3 - 8 Years

**Job Location**: Chennai

**Work Mode **:Work from Office

**Job Type**: Contract ( 8 Months) extensible

**Shift**: UK Shift
- Develop Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) that provide a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Manage the deployment process, including app store submissions, updates, and version control for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proven experience in developing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ES6+.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Proficiency in using tools and frameworks such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of best practices in web security and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
