**Job description**:
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Accounts Executive to assist with our various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional job experience in Accounting.
- Making Invoices, quotations, estimates, Purchase order, sales orders, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of corporate accounting.
- Understanding of corporate compliances.
- Expertise in accounting systems like Tally, Zoho Books

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Implement and maintain cost accounting systems to track and analyse expenses, providing valuable insights to optimize cost efficiency.
- Oversee the reimbursement process for employee expenses, verifying claims, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivables and payables, following up on outstanding invoices and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to facilitate timely payments
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate taxation regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Collaborate with external parties such as Chartered Accountants, Auditors, and Banks, providing necessary documentation and information as required
- Oversee all accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation of financial data.

**Account Executive Qualifications/Skills**:

- Ability to liaison with external parties such as external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Skilled in sales, lead generation and closing deals.
- Organisational skills and multitasking ability.
- Working knowledge of sales industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Tally, Zoho Book and other Account Software's (preferred)
