Drivetrain Certification

**Aufgaben**:
1. Close interaction with certification agencies, testing suppliers, Internal teams inline with Project targets
2. Interaction with module/aggregate suppliers for Build & shipment activities
3. Coordination with logistic dept. for all component, aggregate level shipment across the globe in adherence to local norms and organization guideline.
4. Test validation in line with MB norms/guidelines and regulatory requirement/compliances inline with country/region specific guideline/norms
5. Result interpretation, Validation with Subject matter experts, report generation and update to Project commitee or Project team on time to time.
6. Meet all the target milestone in line with MDS development plan (Time, cost, quality, communication loop, tCMS adherence etc.)
7. Documentation inline with Quality management guideline and there by fulfill all technical and legal requirements.
8. Value Addition and Value Engineering

**Qualifikationen**:
1. Experience in Transmission domain
- Electric Transmission, Automatic Transmission Testing activities.
2. Good functional knowledge of Drivetrain including Automatic, lectric transmission components and sub-systems.
3. Good knowledge and experience with EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials).
4. Experience in component validation on Transmission/ component engineering/ product development.
5. Should have basic knowledge of Powertrain-Transmission development process.
6. Should have basic understanding of manufacturing, Assembly processes for Transmission components & modules.
7. An understanding of automotive processes and components would be advantage.
8. Awareness of various electric Transmission test procedure would be added advantage.
9. Familiarity with SAP or any ERP tool.
10. Exposure to supplier interaction, supplier engagement and negotiations is preferred
11. Good presentation and documentation skill.
12. Should be a quick learner and a team player.
13. Ability to work under challenging situations
14. Cross-functional experience will be added advantage (RD-Plant-Logistic-Suppliers etc.)
15. Capable of working independently on a given task
16. Good communication skills
17. Know
- how on German Language would be added advantage.
