**Position Summary**:
As a Graphic Designer/ Photo/Videographer for Bison Mills you will be responsible for the creation and preparation of detailed graphics, conceptual and camera ready artwork, and visual aids for various Ecommerce Brand projects, and for the company to be used in printed publications or to be published online. The Graphic Designer/ Photo/Videographer is also responsible for all activities associated with the planning, production, and distribution of videos for the organization.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Work with management to coordinate the production process; develop and write printing and/or other production specifications, select appropriate production media and materials and coordinate with productions vendors along with cultivating continued relationships to ensure Company visibility within the event industry.
- Work closely with US Design & marketing team to create a consistent message across all marketing mediums.
- Actively communicate and strategize with US Design & marketing to create content to drive business and increase sales in the various Ecommerce, Social Media Platforms & market segments
- Generate design ideas for enhancement and improvement to all current materials and suggest new mediums to present information.
- Design for and support company websites along with the Website Administrator.
- Collaborate with the Web team to develop new digital marketing graphics in order to consistently revitalize the Company’s web presence.
- Quickly develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the parent Company
- Bison Production Company products and customer base to ensure successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Write marketing content, including product descriptions, blog and brand messaging.
- Offer new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to the Vice President of Product Development.

**Video Production**
- Understand the Brand Strategy of Bison Production & Bison Mills to align to the B2C Ecommerce market requirements to full fill marketing collaterals using Video & Photography Skills, tools & materials.
- Work cross-departmentally to create, execute and distribute videos that engage and captivate customers and improve conversion rates in demand generation
- Create a video marketing project plan that aligns with any/all current marketing initiatives
- Manage production & distribution schedules for all videos
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to distribute videos in sequence with other contents.
- Write and proof scripts for host, speaker(s), etc.
- Develop a storyboard and production schedule for each video.
- Edit recordings to appeal to the target audience: adding sound effects, text titles, etc. if applicable
- Develop and maintain the company’s social media presence on YouTube, Tik-Tok by uploading videos along with captivating copy to engage viewers.
- Update and improve existing video content and prioritize new video content needs

**Implementation**
- Engage customers through various social media platforms.
- Very well versed with all the Social Media Platform requirements, styles & go live strategy.
- Has experience in developing and implementing for
- FB, Insta, Twitter, Tik-Tok, YouTube, Pinterest, Shopify, Amazon, Ebay & Etsy.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout work.Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.Ensure designs are error-free before final product is printed or published.

**Growth and Development**
- Maintain technical knowledge, interest in learning and growing skills through online avenues and research.
- Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products consistent with filing and saving process.
- Develop and maintain current knowledge about various market segment by working with Sales Team and Managers to continue to learn.

**Skill Requirements**
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop required.
- Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Camtasia and similar editing tools
- Experience in SaaS, software B2B marketing, technical solutions a plus
- Knowledge of Motorsport product features and benefits; ability to incorporate product messaging into video assets based on identified goals/objectives.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Creative storytelling ability that can translate a variety of messages (product features, benefits, use cases) into compelling visual stories that are consistent with the brand
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to tell stories from a variety of perspectives (prospect, customer, salesperson, etc.)
- Strong understanding of modern video marketing design and best practices across different channels
- Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems.

**Experience and Education Requirements**
- 2 or more years of experience in Graphic Design and Marketing.
