Education: Graduation

Experience: 03 months
- 7 years relevant work experience in business development or Similar Sales experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage customer relationships and act as a point of contact for clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners
- Provide regular reports on business development progress

Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM - Monday to Saturday (Remote)

Language: English & Hindi

**Salary**: 20K to 50K + Incentive
