**Job Summary**
Immediate job opening for Accountant Assistant
Designation:
Accounts Executive We are hiring a motivated **Accounting Assistant** who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Accounting Assistants can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO’s attention
- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits
- Conduct regular ledger maintenance
- GST Filling,Invoice preparation, ESI EPF enrollment etc
- Preparing the cash & fund flow statement, balance sheet, audit & other financial reports to keep a track of business performance
- Maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms

**Key Skills**

**Speaking Hindi mandatory**

Well versed in Accounts and finance, GST, Taxation, Document maintenance

**Required Experience and Qualifications**Educational qualification : Masters in Accountancy and Finance

Experience Required : 3 years to 5 years

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
