Job Summary:
As a Civil Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to gather data used in the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Surveys: Perform field surveys to collect accurate data on land features, including boundaries, topography, elevations, and existing structures.
- Utilize Equipment: Operate a variety of surveying instruments and equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, digital levels, and drones to collect precise measurements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze survey data using computer-aided design (CAD) software and geographic information systems (GIS) to create detailed maps, charts, and reports.
- Boundary Determination: Identify and establish boundary lines, property lines, and easements according to legal documents and survey records.
- Construction Layout: Assist in the layout and staking of construction sites, ensuring that structures and infrastructure are built in accordance with design plans and specifications.
- Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of survey data and measurements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey support throughout the project lifecycle.
