Job Title: OT Technician

Experience Required: 4-5 years of experience in handling multiple cases

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare the operation theatre and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
- Handle and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment throughout the surgery.
- Monitor and maintain sterility and aseptic techniques during surgeries.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
- Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them and ensuring their comfort.
- Coordinate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nurses to provide efficient and effective patient care.
- Maintain and update accurate records of surgeries, including the equipment used and time taken.
- Manage the post-surgery clean-up and ensure the theatre is ready for the next procedure.
- Assist in multiple surgical cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, and others as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Diploma or certification in OT Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in assisting in various types of surgeries.
- In-depth knowledge of OT procedures, protocols, and equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and adapt to different surgical requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Additional Requirements:

- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during surgeries and emergencies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
