The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role by performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decisions of the CFO, CEO, and the Board of Directors.

The Financial Analyst thrives in a deadline-focused environment, where taking the initiative, clear communication and collaboration are critical.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly Close Reports - perform pre-close analysis of monthly financial and KPI results, provide feedback to the accounting and business teams, and drive post-close delivery of variance analysis, commentary, and implications to budget owners
- Monthly & Quarterly Financial Forecasts - assist in building financial forecasts for various business partner groups
- Annual Plan - work with company leadership and business heads to close annual plan for each functional group
- Ad Hoc Analytics - work with each Business group on analysis and business cases as needed as well as working with the leadership team on special projects
- Prepare data for Investor Pitch Presentations to help raise funding

**Skills**:

- Must have Undergrad Degree in Finance/Accounting/Math/Economics
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably within a Finance, Strategy, or BizOps role
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce, Tally, and QuickBooks
- Should have experience working on US Payroll.
- Must be familiar with Budget Forecasting, Cash Flow Projections, MoM Resource analysis by verticals/BUs
- Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior analytical skills and the ability to form key, succinct insights and recommendations from comprehensive analysis involving large amounts of data
- Strong business modeling experience
- SQL experience or a willingness to learn
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to author and deliver presentations to multiple levels of management
- Detail oriented & thorough, with ability to think “big picture” and understand the key trends and levers that drive the business
- Ability to work independently and effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment

**Experience**:5 to 8 years

**Qualifications**:
MBA, M.COM And CA
