Delivery Driver

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Delivery Operations**:
Safely operate and drive the designated delivery vehicle to transport food and beverages from the cafe to customers' locations.

Verify and double-check delivery orders to ensure accuracy before leaving the cafe premises.

**2.Customer Service**:
Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries, greeting customers warmly and professionally.

Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and any on-the-spot modifications to orders with a positive attitude.

**3. Order Verification**:
Cross-check delivery orders with customers to ensure they match their requests accurately.

Verify that the correct items and quantities are packed for each delivery.

**4. Food Presentation**:
Ensure that all food and beverage items are appropriately packed and presented to maintain quality and freshness during transportation.

**5. Time Management**:
Efficiently plan delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries and optimize fuel consumption.

Notify the cafe team of any potential delays that could impact delivery schedules.

**6. Sanitation and Food Safety**:
Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards during the delivery process.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

**7. Payment Handling**:
Collect payments from customers upon delivery, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Handle cash and credit card payments securely and responsibly.

**7. Record-Keeping**:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any customer feedback or special instructions.

Complete delivery logs and reports as required by the cafe management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with the local area and the ability to read maps or use GPS devices effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and carry food and beverage orders of various sizes and weights.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the cafe's operational needs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
