Position: Laboratory In Charge

Location: Lifecare Mediclinic, Malappuram

Experience: Minimum 5 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise laboratory staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to prioritize and process laboratory tests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory tests and results.
- Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
