**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach in the real estate market.
- **Client Engagement**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate developers by understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
- **Sales Process**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact to deal closure, including property presentations, site visits, negotiation, and finalization of contracts.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor and analyze market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges in the real estate sector.
- **Property Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the properties available, including residential, commercial, and investment properties, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, and with legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, and track progress against sales targets and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other**: A valid real estate license (if required) and willingness to travel as needed.
