**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal communication skills, including a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
- Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or databases.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
