1. Create unique looks in a given time frame

2. Guide the models to pose as per the brand language

3. Coordinating with photographers, models, makeup artist, editors, etc.

4. Ensure that the final result is within quality standards and aligns with the scope of the

project

5. Ensure that the styling is as per the brand guidelines

6. Understand the performance metrics and develop them, as required

7. Awareness of art, design and fashion history

8. Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes and designers labels

**Job Specification**:
1. 0 to 1 years experience as a Photoshoot Stylist, Fashion Stylist or similar role

2. Portfolio of previously created styles for photoshoots or catalogues is a plus

3. Bachelors / masters degree or diploma in a fashion related course

4. Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team

environment

5. Ability to style entire looks in a creative, forward-thinking way

6. Availability to work long hours during photoshoot days

7. Strong knowledge on all aspects of fashion and its related terminology

8. An ability to source appropriate prop and products for shoot

9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

10. Hardworking nature, with an eye for detail

11. Highly creative organised approach, with good time management skills

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Parapana agrahra, Electronics City - 560068, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
