- **Field Mobilization**:

- Knowledge of Local Area
- Public Speaker
- To strengthen the mobilization process by helping recruitment and selection of mobilisers at various centers through grass root research and local connects.
- Prepare mobilization plan and ensure timely execution in-line with operation of the center.
- Ensure mobilization targets are met in given timeline.
- New initiatives for finding ways for Mass mobilization.
- High integrity Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Report writing skills Networking and influencing skills.
- Highly reliable and dependable Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and donors.
- Computer skills
- Community Facilitation skills
- Soft Skills, Communication Skills
