Product knowledge: Demonstrating solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations, retail market, and cosmetic industry
- Customer insights: Capturing consumer insights, sales trends, and traffic patterns
- Sales goals: Influencing the team in driving sales and meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Staff performance: Observing and providing feedback to Cosmetics Manager regarding performance of third-party staffs
- Sales training: Conducting customized in-store training for the brand and retailer
- Sales team development: Educating, coaching, and developing the sales team
- Selling staff skills: Assessing the selling staff's ability to effectively incorporate the taught skills and techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
