**Key Requirements**:
1. Dean, Management and Law: Ph.D. with a *minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in academic leadership and administration within higher education

2. Dean, DSW: Ph.D. in the relevant field and a strong background in social work academia

**Responsibilities Include**:

- 1.**Dean, Management and Law**: Strategic planning, curriculum development, faculty management, and accreditation compliance

.2.**Dean, DSW**: Academic program development, fostering research initiatives, and community engagement.Head Librarian: Overseeing library operations, resource management, and promoting academic resource accessibility.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:
1. Proven track record of academic excellence and leadership within the respective fields.

2. Thorough knowledge of accreditation standards, industry trends, and best practices in academia.
