Job description:

- Centre head role is critical to Mall business operations, should be able to coordinate and manage with Mall management, tenant management, operations team, contractor services, marketing and promotional activities, create a good environment for retailer businesses and maintain best customer satisfaction and also to follow all necessary Health, safety and security standards of the premises. Excellent technical, leadership, and communication skills are vital to enable smooth functioning of the Shopping Mall.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Mall operations team to oversee daily operations, contract staff works including maintenance, security, mall administration and customer service. Building management services of Mall including fire safety system, electrical system and HVAC system, cleaning, and other facility services should be monitored, and regularly checked to maintain best quality standards for retailers and customers.
- To develop local contacts and build strong relations between retailers and Mall Stakeholders. To coordinate with tenant fit-outs, operations, and monitor rent collections to implement appropriate process.
- Manage overall functions of the Mall including facility management, asset protection, Mall contract services, tenant management, marketing and promotional activities. Manage conflict/disputes situations among tenants, customers and mall visitors in a smooth manner to avoid disruption of Mall activities.
- To Build and monitor the processes of Mall building standards, and maintain health, security, and safety standards as per local government guidelines. Ensure that these processes and policies are implemented and followed by Mall tenants, contractors, service providers and report to higher management regularly.
- Manage tenant relations to receive complaints, suggestions, and improvements ideas and report to Mall management for approval. To conduct customer surveys, gather suggestions and identify needs to provide best customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain Mall expenditures as per approved budget by Mall management. Manage profitability of Mall businesses, maximise revenue opportunities and reduce operation costs.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
